Insights:
For Mike wine making begins in the vineyard and that traditional processes are used where they work best and that modern techniques come in when they add the overall wine making. Adoria uses all, from the oak barrels to the computer programming. Wine production in Poland is a small industry with only six wineries registered to sell and produce grape table wines in Poland, as defined by the national wine laws from 2008 and Adoria is one of them. There is a very lively amateur wine making scene in Poland.
