When it comes to September, a visit to France is usually on the cards and this year is no exception. Apart from enjoying the French cuisine, stocking up of some more French wines is on the list. With many outlets having their September wine fairs, sourcing wine is not a problem.
This time it is no different. Like a kid in a sweet shop, however this is better, wine. Looking for different ones every time and if they are still young, no problem with that. I’ll rack them for a while. Stocked up with Rhone Villages wines, St. Estephe, Pomerol, Languedocs ones and various individual bottles.
A number of these are to be used for the various wine tastings coming up.
