When in Reims, a visit to another Champagne House has to be on the list of things to do! Surely!
This time it is Mumm, having visited Louis Roederer and Laurent-Perrier in the past. A well executed tour and finished with an interesting tasting, testing your taste buds, together with the other members of the tour.
It is always quite fascinating and amazing; the vast cellars, the racks (‘pupitres’) and the history and marketing of Champagne in general and Mumm in particular.
We will have to do another wine house the next time!
