Just successfully finished; Interim General Manager at a large AA-4* 131 bedroom Hotel and Conference centre, nr. Leeds, for approx. 10 weeks, mid January till 1st April 2015.
Role included: to ‘stabilize’ the hotel, to return the confidence and motivation among the staff, optimize sales and improve operation throughout the hotel.
Handed over to the newly appointed GM on 1st April 2015 (not a joke!).
