Just done 10 days cover at a local, small and very fine hotel, whilst the owners were on holiday. It was a most satisfying experience, a great time, live-in, very hands-on, 24/7, together with Gina, the hotel’s team and its guests!
The actual cover was well prepared beforehand with the owners and their team.
