With a selection of wines, white, red and Champagne, Clare’s Hen Party was hosted in Windermere, Cumbria, in their self-catering house, as part of their weekend away in The Lakes for 12 ladies.
It was a most enjoyable session with lots and lots of questions, making it all very lively, interesting and varied for all.
The evening started with an insight in some of the ‘tools of the trade’, which were spread out over the big table. 12 More wine connoisseurs can now be added to the total.
The wine selection went from Slovenia – Pinot Grigio, the Savoie in France – Jacquère to California – Zinfandel and Visan in the Rhône region – Grenache, finishing with 2 ‘blind tasted’ Champagnes.
