Just finished successfully in Yorkshire:
September 2015 – 1st March 2016, Interim General Manager, large AA-4* 140+ bedroom Hotel, extensive conference/events facilities and a leisure club, again near Leeds. Role included: to ‘stabilize’ the hotel, to return the confidence and motivation among the staff, optimize sales and improve operation throughout the hotel. Handed over to the newly appointed GM.
